Testers

Become a tester

Test Deep Thought Cloud and the meeting notetaker in beta in your own work: start free in the Web App, sign up as a tester for Premium until 31 December 2026, and tell us what you find.

Deep Thought Cloud is live, and parts of it are new: the meeting notetaker is in beta. We want people who use it in their real work and tell us what they find. Here is exactly how to start.

What testers get

Testers get Premium until 31 December 2026 while they use it, for example in a couple of meetings a week. No payment details are asked for. We switch it on by hand after you sign up as a tester, and reply when it is done.

How to start

  1. 1 / 4

Create a free account in the Web App

Sign up at app.deep-thought.cloud with your e-mail address. Free works straight away: upload a recording or record in the browser, and get the transcript and the speakers. The Web App, step by step.

  2. 2 / 4

    Sign up as a tester

Use the form below with the address you signed up with, or e-mail info@deep-thought.cloud. We switch on Premium for your account by hand, until 31 December 2026, and reply when it is done. No payment details are asked for. Premium adds the meeting notetaker (in beta, in Premium and Enterprise), summaries, people, decisions and actions, and MCP for your AI assistant.

  3. 3 / 4

Use it in your own meetings

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, or send the notetaker to a meeting by its link: the meeting notetaker, step by step. Then ask across what was said, in the Web App or from Claude over MCP. The use cases show what others use it for.

  4. 4 / 4

    Tell us what you find

Write to support@deep-thought.cloud with what you tried and what happened. A screenshot, or the meeting's date and time, saves a round trip. What works matters to us as much as what does not.

What we hope for

Premium is for testers who use it. Beyond that, test as much or as little as suits you.

  • Let the notetaker join a couple of your meetings a week, so we see it in real meetings.
  • Tell us when something is wrong, unclear or missing, and when something is useful.
  • We invite testers to a few joint feedback sessions. Come if it suits you: an invitation, not an obligation.

Good to know

  • The meeting notetaker is in beta. During the beta, Google shows an "unverified app" screen when you connect a Google calendar: choose Advanced, then continue. A company Microsoft account may need approval from your IT admin. Questions and answers.
  • Access is switched on by hand, so it is not instant: we reply by e-mail when it is done. On 31 December 2026 the account goes back to Free and keeps what it already has: your transcripts and summaries stay readable.
  • Everyone in a recorded meeting can see that it is recorded: the notetaker's name, its camera and a message in the chat. It records audio only. More about the notetaker.
  • Your content is processed as the processing page states, and the privacy policy applies to testers as to every account.
