Meeting notetaker In beta

Deep Thought's assistant joins a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting and records it, and the meeting becomes a source like any other. In Premium and Enterprise.

• In the Web App, paste the meeting link or the meeting ID. The assistant joins within seconds as "<your first name> notetaker". Teams needs the link.
• It records the audio only. No video of the meeting is recorded.
• Everyone in the meeting can see that it records: its name, a camera that shows only the Deep Thought logo, and a message in the chat.
• Deep Thought transcribes the meeting on its own GPUs in Stockholm and names the speakers, with the meeting's participants suggested. With Premium, it gets a summary and actions like any other source.
• The recording is made by Recall.ai, under a data processing agreement, stored in the EU (Frankfurt) and covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Its copy is erased as soon as ours is verified, and at the latest after 7 days.

Calendars

• Connect Google and Microsoft calendars in the Web App, under Settings, Integrations, Calendars. Each person can connect several. During the beta, Google shows an "unverified app" screen first (choose Advanced, then continue), and a company Microsoft account may need its IT admin's approval.
• The account owner or an admin chooses which meetings the assistant joins: none (the default), meetings the calendar owner organises, meetings with external participants, or all. A single meeting can be switched on or off.
• Access is read-only. Calendar data is shared only with Recall.ai, and kept for 30 days after the meeting.
