Delete Individual Transcriptions

Web App:

  1. Go to your transcriptions
  2. Select the transcription
  3. Click delete (trash icon)
  4. Confirm

iOS App:

  1. Open the transcript
  2. Tap the trash icon
  3. Tap “Delete”

Delete Your Account

Web App:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click “Delete account”
  3. Enter your password (accounts with a password only) and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT
  4. Click “Delete forever”

Via Email:

  1. Email: support@deep-thought.cloud
  2. Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
  3. Include your account email
  4. We process within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

To have your data erased, email support@deep-thought.cloud as described above.

What We Keep

  • Transaction records (tax/legal compliance, up to 7 years)
  • Anonymized aggregate statistics

After Deletion

  • You’re logged out everywhere
  • Data that has been erased cannot be recovered

Your Rights

EU Users (GDPR): Right to erasure within 30 days.

California Users (CCPA): Right to deletion within 45 days.
