Questions

How does the notetaker join a meeting?

In the Web App, paste the meeting link or the meeting ID of a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting. Teams needs the link. It joins within seconds as "<your first name> notetaker" and records the audio. The meeting notetaker is in beta, in Premium and Enterprise.

How do I connect my calendar?

In the Web App, go to Settings, Integrations, Calendars, and connect a Google or a Microsoft calendar. You can connect several. The access is read-only.

Any Google account can connect. During the beta, until Google's review is done, Google shows an "unverified app" screen: choose Advanced, then continue. A company Microsoft account may need approval from your IT admin.

A connected calendar records nothing until the account owner or an admin chooses a rule, or you switch on a single meeting.
