1. Agreement

By installing or using the Deep Thought application (“App”), developed by Dolutions AB, you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
Use for illegal purposes

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of audio files and transcriptions. Transcription and speaker identification run on our own hardware in Stockholm, and no content of a Free account is sent to an external AI provider. AI analysis on Premium and Enterprise runs by default at Berget.ai, a Swedish inference provider, with OpenRouter as the last resort when Berget.ai is unavailable. The processors and where they run are listed in our Privacy Policy §5.

BYOK: If you use your own API keys, content is sent to the provider of your primary key, and to no other external AI provider.

4. Updates

The App may auto-update. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

5. Termination

We may terminate this license if you violate terms. Upon termination, delete the App.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

Swedish law governs this EULA. Disputes resolved in Stockholm courts.

9. Apple App Store

If obtained from Apple App Store:

Apple is not party to this EULA
Apple has no maintenance obligation
Apple is a third-party beneficiary

10. Google Play

If obtained from Google Play:

Google is not party to this EULA
Subject to Google Play Terms of Service
